Armor List

   This list contains all the armor in FF1. The icons next to the armor names are not necessarily the icons that the Game uses, they're just to make the chart a bit easier to read. The Location column refers to the first (or close to the first) place the armor is found or bought; many of them are also available in other places not listed here.In general, a higher Absorb and Evade% makes a better piece of armor. The Opal Bracelet is the best piece of armor for most of the classes (excluding those who can equip regular armor, like the Knight), so keep an eye out for it. The Ribbon is another great piece of armor; it protects your party from enemy magic and status attacks. Unfortunately, there are only 3 ribbons in the game.
